Graduate Programs Abroad: Ireland

Dublin, Ireland

Summer 2025

Program Overview

In June 2025, Dr. Sidney Anderson will teach an eight-day program in Dublin, Ireland, focusing on international business. We will stay comfortably in Dublin, Galway, and Waterford at conveniently located four-star business hotels within easy walking distance to shopping, restaurants, museums, gardens, and historical sites. The hotels offer both wi-fi and air-conditioning.

Students may earn three or six hours of graduate elective credit and learn about international trade, operational management, marketing, economic diversification, entrepreneurship, ethics, and sustainability in the textiles, agriculture, telecommunications, manufacturing, energy, and tourism industries.

In addition to enriching meetings with business leaders and entrepreneurs in Dublin, case studies on the companies we visit, an experiential service-learning project, cultural excursions, and visits to Galway and Waterford, students may enjoy exploring the region’s historical sites, unique architecture, bustling markets, and sophisticated culinary options.
