• Graduate accounting student with at least one semester remaining until graduation
• 2.75 minimum GPA
• Record of participation in accounting-related organizational activities

The Anthony and Karen Ridout Scholarship Endowment is awarded to an undergraduate student based upon the following criteria:

• Recipient currently enrolled or accepted into the McCoy College
• If a first-year student, recipient should have graduated in the top 25 percent of their high school class
• Currently enrolled students must have an overall 3.0 GPA
• Preference will be given to accounting students
• Preference will be given to residents of Bexar County
• Preference will be given to graduates from the San Antonio Independent School District 

Prior recipient of the scholarship given preference if recipient continues to meet the above criteria.

RENEWABLE to the same recipient for up to four years.

The Austin and Kristin Conant Family Scholarship will be awarded to a McCoy College undergraduate student based upon the following criteria:  

• Students majoring in business
• Recipient will be enrolled full-time (minimum of 12 hours)
• In good standing with the university
• Recipient must have a minimum 3.0 overall GPA
• Must be a U.S. citizen at the time of application

The Bernard and Betty Rychlik Endowed Scholarship in International Business Programs is awarded to a McCoy College undergraduate student based upon the following criteria: 

• Recipient must be enrolled in McCoy College
• Recipient must be doing an internship abroad or participating in a study abroad program
• Recipient must have financial need

The Bonnie and Lawrence Tilton Endowed Fellowship in Business is awarded to a McCoy College graduate student based upon the following criteria: 

• Applicants must be eligible to be admitted or already admitted to a graduate program in McCoy College
• Applicants must demonstrate financial need
• Requires minimum enrollment of 6 graduate semester hours that are required for the graduate degree

RENEWABLE as long as:

• Recipient remains enrolled in McCoy College
• Maintains a 3.5 GPA

The Bradley T. Ambroson Endowed Scholarship is awarded to a McCoy College undergraduate student based upon the following criteria:

• Student must be a member of the Greek Community
• Pursuing a degree within the College of Business

• Classified as a Sophomore or beyond

• Recipient will be a CIS major

• Selection will be based upon academic record (Overall and in CIS/QM)
• Selection will be based upon financial need
• Selection will be based upon additional activities the applicant is involved in

• Purpose is to generate scholarships for recipients from:
  • Webb County
  • Graduate of Harlendale High School

• Students majoring in Business or Education
• Recipients should have strong study and work habits
• Recipients should be making satisfactory progress towards a degree
• First-time students shave have:
  • Graduated in the top-half of their high school class
  • Recommended by their High School Counselor as a student who has good study habits and strong work ethics

"The Dorothy Jewell Leinneweber Endowed Graduate Fellowship in Business is awarded to a McCoy College graduate student based upon the following criteria:

• Preference is to a female student
• Student must be currently employed and attending classes

RENEWABLE if:

• Prior recipient has a 3.5 GPA or better in master's coursework

The EY Scholarship Endowment for Accounting Education is awarded to a McCoy College undergraduate student based upon on the following criteria:

• Students accepted into a McCoy College accounting graduate program or Masters of Accountancy (MAcy) 
• Recipient must be enrolled in McCoy College
• Recipient must have a GPA of 3.4 or higher
• Recipient must be an accounting major
• Recipient must have a demonstrated record of leadership and teamwork in the university or the community
• Recipient should be declared accounting major entering their sophomore or junior year of college

The Farm Credit Bank of Texas Annual Business Scholarship is awarded to a McCoy College undergraduate student based upon the following criteria: 

• Applicant is enrolled full-time (minimum of 12 credit hours) 
• Hours include finance, accounting, management or marketing major
• If a student is in their last semester, the full-time requirement may be waived if the recipient does not require full course load
• Completed last 30 hours with a 3.0
• Demonstrated the need for financial assistance
• U.S. Citizen
• All things equal, preference will be given to students from traditionally underrepresented populations in the approved majors

The Federico and Martha Gorbea Scholarship Endowment is awarded to a McCoy College undergraduate student based upon the following criteria:

• Student enrolled or accepted into McCoy College
• Must have an overall 3.0 GPA
• Priority must be given to Finance and/or Economics majors
• Priority must be given to International students from Mexico

RENEWABLE preference to a prior recipient if:

• Maintains an overall 3.0 GPA
• May be awarded to a single recipient for up to four years

The Texas Public Accountancy Act provides for the establishment and maintenance of a scholarship program for fifth-year accounting students. The program is funded by Texas CPAs who contribute $10 annually to the scholarship program through their license renewal.

The purpose of the Fifth Year Accounting Student Scholarship Program is to provide financial assistance to students intending to take the CPA examination as Texas applicants and ultimately to serve the residents of this state.

Available to MAcy students as well as Seniors who meet listed criteria.

The McCoy College Financial Management Association Scholarship Endowment is awarded to a McCoy College undergraduate student based upon the following criteria:  

• Recipient must be a finance major 
• Recipient will be enrolled full-time
• Recipient must have a GPA of 3.5 or higher
• Recipient must be a member of the Financial Management Association
• Preference will be given to a student showing dedication to the organization through:
  • Service as an officer
  • Regular attendance
  • Participation at meetings, events and fundraising 
  • Level of activities to be verified by faculty advisor
• Should the FMA cease to exist, recipient will be a Finance major active in a student organization in Finance & Eco Department

• Student must maintain a GPA of 2.75
• Student must have one faculty reference letter on file in Placement Office
• Student must indicate career interest in food retailing

The Ryan Lee Arredondo Memorial Scholarship is awarded to a McCoy College graduate student based upon the following criteria:  

• Must be eligible to be admitted or already admitted to a graduate program in McCoy
• Be in good standing with the college
• Minimum enrollment of 6 graduate semester hours required for the graduate degree
• Preference for hispanic students
• Preference for students who demonstrate financial need
• Preference for non-traditional students

The Sarah and Doug Foshee Scholarship Endowment is awarded to a McCoy College undergraduate student based upon the following criteria:

• Recipient must be enrolled full-time in McCoy College
• Preference for a first-generation student and/or student classified as an underrepresented minority

The Stan and Judy Stephenson Endowed Scholarship is awarded to a McCoy College undergraduate student based upon the following criteria: 

• Should be awarded to transfer students
• Transfer GPA should be 3.0 but less than 3.5 GPA
• Transfer student should intend to major in CIS
• Selections will be based upon GPA, both overall and in CIS-related courses
• Donor's preference criteria be based upon a commitment to student body diversity and a focus on serving historically underserved populations
• Awards should be a minimum of $1,000
• Recipient must earn a minimum GPA of 3.0 in the fall semester to receive the award in spring

The Stanley K. Tanger Scholarship is awarded to a McCoy College undergraduate student based upon the following criteria: 

• Student must be a sophomore or junior 
• Must be currently enrolled full-time for at least one semester
• Student should have a 3.0 GPA

RENEWABLE if:

• Must reapply every year
• Renewal based upon academic achievement
• Renewal based upon extracurricular involvement
• Student must have a 3.0 GPA
• Student must be enrolled full-time (12 hours or more) for renewal
• Student must be pursuing a degree within the school of business

The State Farm Insurance Companies Endowed Scholarship is awarded to a McCoy College undergraduate student based upon the following criteria: 

• Students enrolled in McCoy College pursuing a career in the insurance industry

The Steven M. "Steve" Peña, Sr. and Claudia Fournier-Peña Scholarship is awarded to a McCoy College undergraduate business student based upon the following criteria: 

• Recipient must be enrolled full-time
• Open to any major within McCoy College
• Preference for recipient to have graduated from Cotulla High School; if no applications from a Cotulla High School graduate, then
• Second preference is for the recipient to be a resident of Bexar County, Texas.

The Susan and David Hough Endowed Scholarship in Business is awarded to a McCoy College undergraduate student based upon the following criteria:  

• Recipient will be an undergraduate pursuing a business degree

The Texas State marketing Association Scholarship awarded to a McCoy College undergraduate student based upon the following criteria:

• Preference will be given to a marketing major enrolled full time in McCoy College
• Recipient must be in good standing with the University
• Recipient must be a member of the Texas State American Marketing Association
• Preference will be given to a student who shows dedication to the organization through service as an officer, regular attendance and participation at meetings and events, and participation in fundraising activities. The recipient's level of activity with the organization will be verified through consultation with the Faculty Advisor.
• If the Texas State American Marketing Association ceases to exist, the recipient will be a Marketing major who is active in a student organization in McCoy College.

The Thomas L. and Helen E. Cox Endowed Scholarship is awarded to a McCoy College undergraduate student based upon the following criteria:  

• Any degree offered by the McCoy College
• Must have a financial need
• If an entering freshman must have:
  • Graduated in upper third of their high school class
• If curent or transfer students:
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA
• Preference will be given in the following order:  
  • Native born Texas
  • Texas resident
  • Child of U.S. military or former military parent
  • Student enrolled in ROTC
  • All other candidates

The Tracy and Kelly Porter Endowed Scholarship in Business is awarded to a McCoy College undergraduate student based upon the following criteria: 

• Recipients should have financial need to complete their education
• Recipients should be classified as freshmen or sophomores
• Recipients must be a McCoy College student
• Recipients must be enrolled full-time
• If incoming freshman, recipient must be in top quarter of their high school graduating class
• If current student, recipient must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher 

RENEWABLE to previous recipients for a total of 4 years support if:

• Recipients are in good standing with the university
• Recipient continues to meet the above criteria
