Completion of this form is required for students seeking to substitute a course already taken at Texas State (or elsewhere) for one in the business minor.

Please note that it is required that you provide a course syllabus of the course that you took and want to apply. Failure to complete the form or provide the associated syllabus will result in the request not being considered.

Please also note the following:

Lower-level 1000/2000 level courses can not be used to replace upper-level 3000/4000 level courses.
Substitute courses must contain a majority of similar content to be considered.
