Faculty Nomination for Hooding
During the ceremony, a faculty member places the hood over the head of the graduate, signifying their success in completing the program. Students may nominate a McCoy College faculty member who has had a positive impact during their time in the program.
Please nominate two faculty below, our team will coordinate with faculty (in the order listed below) for availability.
Optional: Hooding Video
During the ceremony, we share a student produced video that highlights our graduates! Students who opt into participating in the video will schedule a day/time to film their responses to the following types of questions:
- Who would you like to thank?
- What was your most memorable moment in the program?
- Describe your program in three words.
- … and more.

Upon complete this form, graduation candidates will be added to the McCoy College Hooding Ceremony group on Canvas.
Our hooding ceremony is unlike any other! We invite our graduates to be an active part of the celebration which includes the opportunity to share your successes, favorite memories and express gratitude to those who helped you throughout your academic journey.
