Electives (6 Hours)
Choose 6 hours of advisor-approved electives.
Electives are available in accounting, business law, computer information systems, economics, finance, management, marketing, quantitative methods, and disciplines outside the field of business. A maximum of three elective hours may be taken outside of business, but the courses must be approved by the graduate advisor before the student enrolls in the course.

Comprehensive Examination Requirements
The comprehensive examination consists of a consulting project with companies in the community. The exam is a written paper and oral presentation at the end of the semester, associated with capstone course MGT 5313. If the student fails, they must retake the capstone course, MGT 5313, the following term. Students who do not successfully complete the requirements for the degree within the timelines specified will be dismissed from the program.
