Texas ToGo

Albert Garcia and Ruston Hicks are co-owners of Texas ToGo, a company that provides 14 Texas communities with delivery services.

What started as an idea during undergraduate life at Texas State has become a full-fledged business that connects restaurants with customers who can't or don't want to leave their houses.

Garcia started Bobcat Delivery after winning a national business model competition in 2002 while he studied business management at Texas State. Due to the growing market, Garcia decided to rebrand and expand College Delivery. He partnered with Hicks to create Texas ToGo. Hicks learned the ropes of on-demand delivery working for College Delivery while he studied business at Texas State.

Hicks is now the operator of West Texas ToGo in Midland, Odessa, Lubbock and San Angelo. 

On-demand delivery connects businesses that want to deliver but don't have the staff and customers who are willing to pay a little extra to have products delivered to them.
