Randy Weiss is a visionary with proven ability to grow small and medium-sized companies. He has extensive start-up experience, creating profitable opportunities for both stakeholders and shareholders. He has been known as an electronics recycling pioneer for over two decades. Weiss served as the lead executive driving the strategic vision of ROUND2 through operational leadership, market intelligence, and industry sensibilities. Additionally, Randy continues to focus on forging strategic relationships within the recycling industry itself. Weiss earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas State University in 1990.
