Lew joined Covenant in October, 2016 as President and Chief Executive Officer. Located in Nashville, Tennessee, the company is a leading provider of management services to the ASC and physician practice industry currently operating in 18 states.
Little has an extensive background in building healthcare services companies, including 11 years as co-founder and CEO of Harden Healthcare, LLC. Prior to the sale of its businesses to Gentiva (2013) and Senior Care Centers (2015), Harden owned and operated senior care facilities in addition to providing related, ancillary health services including therapy, pharmacy, community health, home health and hospice. Under Lew’s leadership, Harden grew to more than 200 facilities in 13 states and a “continuum of care” model generating revenues exceeding $800 million annually. During his tenure at Harden, Lew built a multi-disciplined healthcare services company both organically and via acquisition – while developing and maintaining a strong operating and clinical culture.
From 2014 to late 2016, Lew served on the boards of several multi-site and multi-state middle market, healthcare services companies including Results Physiotherapy, LifeCare Hospitals and HNI Healthcare (formerly HospitalistsNow). He also consulted with several companies and private equity entities during that time.
Little has a BA in Marketing and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin. He is a former Chair of both YPO and WPO in Austin. In 2005, he was named Entrepreneur of the Year in the Austin area by E&Y. Little was the Chairman of the Greater Austin Chamber of Commerce in 2013.
Little has been married for 37 years with three grown children, two of whom are married, and two grandchildren.
