September 24, 2019: Jan Lehman

Jan Lehman began her career with a leading search firm that recruited senior talent for Fortune 100 companies in Dallas, Texas. She moved out of state and worked in various positions with American Express and commercial lending for what is now JP Morgan Chase Bank before founding her firm. She attended Austin College in Sherman, Texas.

Lehman brings strategic business expertise and people smarts to every search. Difficult assignments and challenging situations are her forte. She works closely with clients to hone the job definition and the qualities required. Then she applies her singular brand of knowledge, judgment and networking to find the right candidates and the sales skills to deliver them to you.

Lehman is an Austin native and an active member of the community, personally and professionally. She is a long term member of Headliners Club. Lehman lives with her husband in Austin. Her daughter is a 2011 graduate of Trinity University.
