Harry Conley’s career spans over 40 years in the commercial real estate industry. He has held executive-level positions with national real estate firms including Trammell Crow, Prentiss Properties, and Hines where his responsibilities included the management of real estate portfolios in excess of 20 million square feet. Mr. Conley and his firms are recognized as industry leaders in sustainable-operations implementation and as leaders in energy-reduction strategy development and LEED® certification.
His career includes founding several successful, Atlanta-based, commercial real estate firms. As Principal and CEO of Fifth Street Management Company, Seven Oaks Management, and Collaborative Real Estate, Mr. Conley created annual revenues exceeding $10 million (all within the highly competitive third-party property management industry). Additionally, he holds a IREM Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation, which is the premier property management certification worldwide.
Mr. Conley is a graduate of Texas State University. Soon after his graduation, he raised capital to start his first of 6 entrepreneurial ventures: Nautilus San Marcos (NSM), which was launched in 1978. NSM was the first private health-and-fitness club in San Marcos and was located in the town square. This launched his interest in commercial real estate, and since, he has been responsible for numerous, significant projects throughout the United States, which include:

- Huntington Center - Columbus, OH - 800,000 sf
- Washington Square - Washington, DC - 800,000 sf
- Fairview Park - Fairfax, VA - 1.5-million sf
- Technology Enterprise Park (Georgia Tech) – Atlanta, GA – 200,000 sf
- One Atlantic Center - Atlanta, GA - 1.2-million sf
- 301 Congress Avenue – Austin, TX 400,000 sf
- Digital Media Center (LSU) – Baton Rouge, LA – 90,000 sf
- University Lofts (Georgia State University) – Atlanta, GA 550 Beds
