Ethan Monreal-Jackson

Ethan Monreal-Jackson is the Founder and sole General Partner of Newtype Ventures. He is a former founder, self-taught programmer, and early Affirm employee who built Affirm's foundational pricing models, valuations model, and credit program. 

Ethan has also worked at BCG, Capital One, Max Levchin's incubator HVF, and other tech startups in the Bay Area. 

Prior to Newtype, Ethan spent two years building and managing the Notley family office Investments team while syndicating venture deals in underrepresented minority founders. 

He has a BS in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. ✯
