Dr. Stephanie Solansky

Dr. Stephanie Solansky is an associate professor of Management and the Garland Hunnicutt Professor of Management in the Department of Management at McCoy College of Business. Her professional experience outside of teaching and research includes serving as a director for a multi-million-dollar leadership professional development program in which hundreds of organizational administrators were trained in the areas of leadership, decision-making, and change management. She is regularly invited to serve as a consultant, keynote speaker, and panelist due to her work in the area of leadership development.

Dr. Solansky’s research has been published in a variety of esteemed, peer-reviewed journals and honored with recognitions such as the Academy of Management Journal Best Paper Award and the 2021 McCoy College Scholarly Achievement Award.

She was honored with the 2019 Emmett and Miriam McCoy College of Business Administration Advisory Board Teaching Excellence Award and the 2020 Presidential Distinction Award for Teaching.
